Senior Implementation Specialist

VComply is looking for a Senior Implementation Specialist who holds a strong background in consulting and has a passion for ensuring successful customer implementations. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team during the pre-sales phase to understand customer requirements and objectives.
• Utilize your consulting knowledge to design tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer.
• Work closely with the product and development teams to ensure the customization and implementation of solutions according to customer specifications.
• Lead the implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
• Effectively communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Be an expert on the product and conduct product demonstrations for customers.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during and after the implementation phase to ensure client success.
• Collaborate with the product development team to enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of our solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, with a focus on implementation and consulting.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
• Experience working with Big 4 consulting firms (Deloitte, KPMG, E&Y, PWC) is a significant advantage.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve common goals.
